Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of administration support, such as hotel bookings & travel arrangements etc.
Assist in other ad-hoc duties and assignments, such as company activities coordination
Support HR functions, such as set up interviews, post hiring ads
Data entry, updating reports and filing documents
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in business discipline, with at least 1 yr working experience, preferred in foreign owned companies where English is the working language
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff
